Just posting this to give a 5 star review to Mövenpick Hotel Kuwait Freezone for an excellent service and accomodating staff. ⭐️ We visited the place last April 10 to celebrate our birthday and I could say that it has been one of the best birthdays we ever had. The place is truly amazing. 🤩 I am very much into vintage stuff that’s why I really loved the ambiance of the hotel from the lobby to the room. The pool area looks very relaxing as well. Every spot is truly picturesque. We also visited Al Dente restaurant to have dinner and the food was great as well. They have captured the authentic italian taste ✨ And lastly, the room. It was clean and everything was in good place. You wouldn’t need to find anything more. To commend, it was just a short stay but everything was worth it. This vacation was gifted by my brother and I have told him that it was amazing. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will be back soon with them. Thank you Mövenpick Hotel and more powers!! 🥳🎉

I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and reception. The receptionist was extremely professional in dealing with the highest cooperation and the smile did not leave her throughout her dealings with us. I will return to book at the hotel because of her very elegant treatment with us. Thank you⚘️

Staff including Nicole and Marry were amazing and so friendly! The breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and the staff in general are so helpful and kind with families. They do whatever they can to make the stay as relaxing as possible. Thank you for a lovely stay. My only concern was that the rooms could be a little hot sometimes!

Stayed at the Movenpick for 3 days when I was traveling for work. The stay was pleasant and the staff were lovely, they were very welcoming and always had a smile on their face. Service was really good.

If i will repeat my visit, i will repeat it because of there staff specially Nicole and Njeri at the reception, they both are stars of the hotel and were extremely helpful and professional the food was great, the bed was comfy, and my kids enjoyed and the pool and the stay in the hotel. for sure i will repeat my visit to get away from the daily stress

Super friendly staff! Mr. Marmood at the reception always had a friendly smile, he allowed us to check-in much earlier, so kind of him. Because we had a late flight, they also allowed us to check-out without extra fees. People so friendly at the hotel! Great plus ++

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my wife would surely choose it again next time we visit movenpick Great location, great service, friendly staff thanks miss marry and nierai for the good customer service dinner was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you !!

All the hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. The restaurants are excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, where the pasta is the same as the original Italian. The hotel is excellent in all aspects.
